This class was a Friday ritual during the quarantine months. We'll straight up cycle for 30 with lots of resistance hills, sprints, and jumps and close it out with 15 minutes, off the bike with a solid stretch to open up all the hard worked muscles from spin. Take them together or separately for a full body and rejuvenating workout.
